Cluster Contracts & Procurement Manager

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in the GCC
• Certified Procurement Specialist / Chartered Procurement Professional
• Engineering degree or Chartered QS (MRICS)
• Proven expertise in Contract Management and Cost Management
• Direct experience with top 5 main contracting firms
• In-depth knowledge of procurement operations, practices, and regulations across Qatar, KSA, and UAE
• Demonstrated experience in leading and structuring procurement teams, managing multiple projects and vendors across mega construction projects
• Proficiency in modern procurement dashboards, tools, and reporting systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
