About the Role
We are seeking a Female Guest Service Associate to join our client’s team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, handling front desk and cashiering tasks, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest inquiries
Perform cashiering duties when required
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
Female, Arabic-speaking, not wearing Hijab
Age 30 and below
Minimum of High School education
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Guest Service Excellence is essential
Cashiering experience is an advantage
Presentable with a pleasing personality
Available to start immediately
