We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual female candidate (Arabic & English-speaking) for a Business Development role in Qatar, focused on contracting and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing and contracting sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams
• Travel for client meetings as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Experience in business development, preferably in staffing/HR/contracting
• Must be open to travel for business meetings
• Presentable, self-driven, and target-oriented
