JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for managing all government-related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with local laws, and facilitating smooth business operations, handling visa and license processing, maintaining relationships with government agencies, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues related to company vehicles, registrations, and other regulatory requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for all government-related matters, including communication and coordination with various ministries, departments, and agencies.
- Ensures the company and its employees comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to vehicle registration, licenses, visas, and other permits.
- Handles the application, renewal, and management of all types of visas (employment, residency, etc.) and permits for employees, company vehicles, and the business itself.
- Manages the registration and renewal process for all company vehicles, including coordinating with the traffic department and other relevant authorities.
- Attests company documents before ministries and embassies, coordinating with public notaries, and handling other legal matters related to the company's operations.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with government officials and agencies to facilitate smooth business operations and resolve any potential issues.
- Assists various departments in resolving issues related to government regulations, vehicle registration, licensing, and other related matters.
- Stays informed about changes in local laws, regulations, and procedures related to the company's operations and informing relevant departments of these changes.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all government-related transactions, documents, and correspondence.

Qualification and years of experience:
Education:
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Computer skills:
MS Office
Language skills:
English (Proficient) and Arabic (Native)
Experience:
7 Years of experience as a Government Relations Officer. Experience in automotive or mobile service industry is an asset.
