Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and customer-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Receptionist and Help Desk Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the fitness industry and a proven track record in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Handle front desk operations including client check-ins, scheduling, and payments.

Manage client inquiries via phone, email, social media nd in-person.

Coordinate class bookings, memberships, and package tracking.

Support the studio team with administrative, stock count and help desk tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and studio area.

Requirements:
