Black Rose Coffee Shop is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain stock levels and manage supplies efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or café role
- Preferred: Female candidates
- Nationality: Philippines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle busy shifts
- Passion for coffee and customer service
