Vodafone Qatar is seeking an experienced and results-oriented B2B Team Leader to manage and develop our Business-to-Business sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving performance targets, and ensuring the highest standards of client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Account Managers to consistently achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze team performance against KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present performance reports and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
