Designation: Property Supervisor

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: Permanent

Salary Range:- 7,000 QAR (All inclusive)

Working hours: 10 Hours a day

Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Experience:- 3-5 Years is mandatory in GCC

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Maintains properties of assignment by monitoring and snagging.

* Prepares report for property maintenance, tenants and other related to the property handled.

* Enforcing property rules.

* Cite scopes for improvements in a property and reports to Property Manager.

* Make sure 100% standard status of every individual apartment or villa before the hand-over to our

* valued tenant.

* Inspecting vacant units.

* Coordinate to the head office regarding to the moving-in and moving out of villa & apartment.
