We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing government relations, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support to the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle all government relation tasks, including document processing, permits, and official communications.
· Organize and coordinate meetings for the CEO, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
· Manage and oversee administrative work of the CEO’s office.
· Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· 2–4 years of proven administrative experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Must be an Arabic-speaking male candidate.
· Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
· Qatar-born Arabic nationality (preferred)
