JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintaining showroom display standards, including inventory levels and visual merchandising.
Ensuring excellent customer service across all sales interactions.
Professionally and promptly resolving escalated customer issues.
Handling ILG (Indonesian Ladies Group) orders.
Preparing and submitting daily reports to the office.
Managing emails and calls related to the store.
Ordering items to replenish showroom stock.
Reporting directly to the General Manager regarding store operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Gender: MALE
Nationality: SYRIAN
Age: 20 to 30 years old
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-end retail store in Doha.
