Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for welcoming guests and residents, assisting with requests, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Provide information about building facilities, local services, transportation, and attractions.
Handle requests such as booking taxis, making reservations, and arranging services.
Manage visitor logs, access control, and ensure compliance with building security procedures.
Receive, store, and deliver packages, mail, and messages.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address resident needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and create a welcoming environment at all times.
Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining records.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
