We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Site Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical installations on site. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of LV/ELV systems, authority requirements, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the project team to deliver quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical works at site in line with project specifications and drawings.

• Prepare and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Request for Information (RFIs).

• Review, prepare, and modify shop drawings as required for site conditions.

• Guide and monitor site electricians/technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time with quality.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with Kahramaa, QCS, and relevant authority codes and standards.

• Assist in material inspections, approvals, and installations.

• Supervise installation of lighting, power distribution, earthing, and ELV systems.

• Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.

• Attend site meetings and escalate issues to the Project Engineer/Manager as needed.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards at site.

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in MEP projects (preferably residential buildings).

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including LV distribution, ELV systems, and authority regulations.

• Familiar with Kahramaa approval processes and standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to lead and supervise site teams effectively.

• Flexible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
