We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the operation and maintenance activities of the highway project. The role involves supervising control room staff, monitoring traffic management systems, and ensuring timely response to incidents and emergencies to maintain smooth and safe highway operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Control Room Operators on daily operations.
- Monitor Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), CCTV, traffic signals, and communication systems.
- Ensure prompt reporting and response to incidents, accidents, and emergencies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, emergency services, and stakeholders for effective highway operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on control room activities and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Train and guide team members for efficient performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Transportation, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in highway/transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ITS, SCADA, and traffic management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
