We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and English to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex financial tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Assist in tax filing, payroll, and other statutory compliance as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be fluent in Arabic & English.
- Previous experience as a senior accountant role preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Must be based in Qatar and NOC/Work Permit is needed.
