We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Secretary & Document Controller to manage company correspondence, organize and maintain important documents, and provide administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and maintain proper documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Document Controller. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) is an advantage. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
