Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows across projects.
Lead and manage BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee the creation, management, and quality assurance of 3D models and project data.
Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to BIM coordinators and project team members.
Ensure project BIM deliverables are met in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve clashes and improve design efficiency.
Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including integration of BIM with other technologies (GIS, ERP, Digital Twins).
Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in AEC industry with strong BIM management exposure.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other BIM tools.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other international BIM standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams simultaneously.
.Knowledge of emerging technologies (AR/VR, Digital Twin, 4D/5D BIM) is an advantage.
