Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities.
Assign and monitor tasks for electricians.
Troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and equipment.
Inspect electrical distribution panels and wiring.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.
Keep records of maintenance and repair works.
Conduct toolbox talks and team briefings.
Coordinate with engineers and facility managers.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on work completed.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills
Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering.
Kahramaa Certification Technician or Supervisor
Strong technical knowledge of electrical maintenance.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Supervisory and team coordination ability.
Knowledge of HSE rules and practices.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office/CMMS).
Good problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qatar Driving license – Manual preferred
