Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Recevables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Prepare and post monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Process payroll and handle all related compliance.
Monitor and manage company expenses and budgets.
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns (Tax, etc.).
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the Automotive, Rental, or Service industry in Qatar.
High proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy with a strong analytical mindset.
Communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
