Elegant Steel International W.L.L is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the stainless steel fabrication and installation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, hospitality, and industrial sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to understand project scope and align solutions
Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Work on tender submissions, bidding processes, and commercial negotiations
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads
Achieve assigned sales and growth targets
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in stainless steel, construction materials, or industrial equipment
Strong network in the Qatar market, especially with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
Ability to prepare technical proposals and understand fabrication processes
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Valid Qatar driving license and transferable visa (QID and NOC) required
