Manage and coordinate multiple penetration testing projects across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud environments.

Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the onsite engagement.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Facilitate retesting cycles and manage new scope of work as requested by the customer.

Track and report project status, risks, and issues to internal and customer stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to security testing methodologies, compliance standards, and project governance.

Allocate resources and manage pentesters to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain documentation including SoWs, test plans, reports, and closure notes.

Coordinate with internal teams to enable knowledge transfer and transition if the project scope changes

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.

5-10 years of overall experience with 6–12 months of hands-on VAPT coordination or support experience.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, assessment methodologies, and basic network/system concepts.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or similar tools).

Certification in cybersecurity (CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar) will be an advantage.
