Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of firefighting systems including sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, deluge systems, and gas suppression systems.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire detection and suppression equipment.
Conduct functional testing of fire alarm panels and associated devices.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and other relevant safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Coordinate with safety and operations teams to ensure system readiness.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in incident investigations when required.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in firefighting systems maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial environments.
Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards (e.g., NFPA).
Familiarity with various fire suppression systems (e.g., foam, CO?, FM-200).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
