STORE KEEPER


Job Summary:


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and supplies while maintaining a clean and organized storage area. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills are essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.

Ensure proper storage of inventory items, adhering to safety and organizational standards.


Maintain accurate inventory records.

Issue materials from the store as per requisition.

Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or surplus.

Ensure proper labeling and tagging of items for easy identification.


Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

Coordinate with procurement and other departments for inventory planning.

Handle returns and replacements of defective or damaged items.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:


 - Any Bachelor Degree.


 - 3 to 4 years experience in a Food /similar industry.


 - Experience should be in manufacturing field.


 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


 - Proficient in Microsoft Office.


 - Proficiency in different inventory systems, storekeeping


    methods and procedures .


 - Valid QID.


 - Preferance Qatar Driving License (manual) holder. 


 - Sponsorship change required.


 - In country hire only.
