Job Summary
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to drive outreach and lead generation across Qatar’s SME and industrial sectors. The role focuses on high-volume calling, lead qualification, and coordinating with the sales team to send proposals, emails, and follow-ups — ensuring maximum conversion and engagement. This is a results-oriented position that requires energy, persistence, and strong communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct a high number of outbound calls daily to potential suppliers, service providers, and buyers.
- Introduce iProcure.ai’s platform, offerings, and subscription plans clearly and persuasively.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the Sales Manager or Executives for proposal discussions.
- Maintain an active pipeline and ensure consistent outreach targets are met or exceeded.
Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for proposal submissions, quotation emails, and client documentation.
- Follow up on pending proposals, renewals, and inactive leads to boost conversion
- Track daily call outcomes and maintain accurate lead details in CRM or Excel reports
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to basic inquiries about platform registration, onboarding, and pricing.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales or onboarding teams.
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience on every call, reflecting the iProcure.ai brand.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer outreach experience (preferably B2B or tech-driven).
- Prior experience in supplier, industrial, or service-related sectors in Qatar is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasive calling skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Tagalog is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily call targets.
Other Requirements:
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
