Job Summary

The HORECA Supervisor will oversee and grow business with Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) clients. The role includes managing a sales team, expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of food products while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with HORECA clients to drive business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and catering sector.
• Handle key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute strategic sales plans to expand the HORECA portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth order execution.
• Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HORECA sales within Qatar or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of food distribution and FMCG sales operations.
• Proven track record in key account management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiar with Qatar market, HORECA customer base, and distribution process.
• Must be proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
