Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing product information, pricing, and delivery details
Process sales orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of any issues
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to a positive, results-driven work environment
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 Years of experience in Sales Support, customer services or administration.
Proficiency in MS Office
