We are looking for HR cum Admin with 1-3 years' experience in our company
Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly payroll. Leave settlements, resignation/termination settlement.
Assist in the new hire onboarding process, which includes preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain employee records, both in physical files and electronic HR information systems.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues.
Help in resolving minor employee disputes or conflicts.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing appointment schedules.
Assist with job posting and job advertisement placement on various job boards and company websites.
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communicating with candidates.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills
Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience in ERP
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
