We are seeking professional and well-presented Receptionists to manage front-desk operations, patient coordination, and administrative support across various hospital departments. Candidates must ensure smooth patient flow, uphold service quality, and maintain confidentiality while adhering to hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
Manage patient registration, appointments, and EMR updates.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information.
Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre-approvals.
Manage billing, issue receipts, and perform end-of-shift financial handovers.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties.
Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments.
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience in hospital front-desk or medical administrative roles.
Knowledge of EMR/HIS systems and insurance coordination.
Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Shift Timings: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
