About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in trading, preferably in the office furniture sector within Qatar and the GCC.
Requirements:
Male or Female, any nationality
Minimum 3 years solid experience at a trading company, preferably in office furniture sector.
Solid knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and PO/contracts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Can join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end procurement (sourcing to delivery)
Negotiate prices/terms and manage vendor relations.
Prepare/review POs, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure on-time supply of materials/services.
Coordinate with internal teams for requirements.
