The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for supporting all day-to-day operations related to property management, leasing, sales, and client relations. This role ensures that all real estate activities are efficiently organized, documented, and executed according to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Coordination Duties:
• Prepare and maintain property files, lease agreements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate property listings, advertisements, and social media updates with the marketing team.
• Track lease expirations, renewals, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, landlords, and real estate transactions.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
2. Client & Tenant Relations:
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and agents.
• Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
3. Financial & Legal Support:
• Assist with rent collection, deposit tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with finance for invoices, receipts, and expense documentation.
• Ensure all contracts, cheques, and documentation comply with company and legal standards.
4. Operational Support:
• Liaise with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors for property repairs or upgrades.
• Update property availability and status in internal systems.
• Monitor utilities and service contracts related to managed properties.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in real estate, property management, or administrative coordination.
• Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (CRM preferred).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
