This requirement is one of our premium five-star French café and restaurant chain in Qatar, renowned for our elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and world-class dining experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a five-star or premium dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and ready to join immediately.
