Operations Manager

Work Schedule: 8 hours plus break, 6 days

Location: Qatar (Full Time, on site)

Reporting to: CEO

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficiency, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Additionally, the Operations Manager will be tasked with managing staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

-Master's Degree is an added advantage

MUST EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in an Operations Manager role within retail (lifestyle, variety, or specialty stores).
-Experience in operations management, project management, and staff management.
-Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Experience with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
