HR Recruitment Officer – Arabic Speaker

Location: Qatar
Sector: Semi-Government

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, while maintaining strong communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
  • Prepare offer letters, recruitment reports, and related HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding manpower needs.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR recruitment (preferably in Qatar).
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English â€“ both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable visa.
