We are looking for a talented and motivated Female Manager & Marketing Specialist (One Position) to join our growing team.
Position: Female Manager & Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and customer service
- Handle client inquiries and ensure an excellent client experience
- Develop marketing strategies and monthly promotions
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Plan advertising campaigns and enhance brand awareness
- Maintain salon standards and support business growth
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Previous experience in management or marketing (beauty industry preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative and up-to-date with beauty & social media trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional, responsible, and customer-focused
- Must be currently in Qatar
