Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage inventory levels, stock displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
