IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations / Transport Coordinator with GPS tracking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent planning abilities, and the capacity to manage daily operational and transportation activities efficiently and hands-on experience in GPS vehicle tracking systems.

JOB TITLE :Operations / Transport Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 12 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Experience: Proven experience in transport or operations coordination.

NOC Requirements: Required

Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.

Job Description:

Coordinate and monitor daily transport operations.

Track and monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking software.

Arrange vehicle schedules, dispatching, and route planning.

Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and deployment of vehicles.

Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and driver assignments.

Communicate with drivers, clients, and operations team to resolve any delays or issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.

Support overall operational activities as required.

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of staff, materials, and other operational requirements.

Maintain updated records of vehicle usage, maintenance, fuel, and driver performance.

Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and clients.

Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays or service disruptions.

Support overall operations by organizing manpower, equipment, and logistics as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in transport or operations coordination (preferred).

Strong knowledge of GPS vehicle tracking systems (e.g., Trackers, Fleet Management Tools).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage manpower efficiently.

Good knowledge of route planning, scheduling, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, reporting tools).

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

High level of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.

Familiarity with transport documentation is an added advantage.
