Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives, enhances brand visibility, and contributes to customer engagement across a portfolio of business units. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing digital platforms, and supporting third-party aggregator activities while assisting the Assistant Marketing Manager in achieving marketing objectives and maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate marketing campaigns for new and existing outlets, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
Support product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional initiatives.
Work with designers and internal teams to ensure creative materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination
Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand identity and engages target audiences.
Monitor and report performance metrics for digital campaigns.
3. eCommerce & Third-Party Aggregator Support
Support the management of internal eCommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotions.
Assist with menu management, visuals, and promotions on third-party aggregator platforms.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of online product information and campaigns.
4. CRM & Customer Engagement
Support the maintenance of CRM systems for accurate customer data and segmentation.
Assist in initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
5. Media & Agency Coordination
Assist in managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and external agencies.
Support PR activities and brand communications with media partners.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
6. Market & Competitor Research
Assist in conducting competitor analysis on pricing, promotions, campaigns, and digital activities.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Compile insights and reports to support marketing planning.
7. Marketing Collateral & Event Support
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, signage, and point-of-sale displays.
Ensure materials are brand-consistent and suitable for the business sector.
Support marketing activities for openings, events, and activations.
8. Project Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate marketing projects with attention to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Prepare campaign performance reports for review by the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Ensure compliance with local market regulations, cultural norms, and brand standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
Skills & Competencies:
Experience in marketing coordination or execution, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Strong digital marketing and content coordination skills.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and third-party aggregators.
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Creative approach with a focus on consistency and quality.
Awareness of local marketing regulations and cultural sensitivities.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory.
