Job Responsibilities & Skills:

1. Communication Skills

• Ability to handle objections and negotiations professionally

2. Sales & Persuasion Skills

• Strong understanding of consultative selling
• Ability to close deals in face-to-face settings
• Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling

3. Territory Management

• Efficiently manage sales routes and daily plans
• Prioritize high-potential clients and regions
• Familiarity with field sales tracking tools or CRMs

4. Product & Market Knowledge

• Deep understanding of the company's offerings
• Awareness of industry trends and competitor products
• Ability to translate product features into business benefits
