Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage showroom sales, and ensure excellent service while representing the Fave’ brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Provide product information and recommend items based on customer needs
Process orders, payments, and invoices using the POS system
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone
Prepare small gift packaging when needed
Coordinate with the kitchen for orders and deliveries
Meet daily sales targets and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
Experience as a sales associate, cashier, or customer service role (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Good English speaking; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable using POS systems
Well-presented and professional at all times
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Working Hours:
Full-time, shift-based
Must be flexible during busy seasons and events
Salary:
Based on experience (to be discussed during interview)
