Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 4,200 QAR + up to 500 QAR KPI-based bonus
We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information regarding services and policies.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate departments when required.
Adhere to approved communication scripts and procedures.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve assigned performance targets, including call quality, response time, and productivity.
Support team members and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Native Arabic speakers with fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). preferred
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of call center experience in Qatar .
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Experience with call center systems and CRM platforms is an advantage.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
