Store Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves supervising sales activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store meets company standards and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support store staff during daily operations

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets

Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels

Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness

Handle customer issues and resolve complaints professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and reporting

Ability to work shifts and under pressure
