Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Marble & Granite Works)
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in marble and granite supply & installation projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations for marble and granite works
Prepare BOQs, quotations, and variation claims
Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
Evaluate contrators and supplier quotations
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience as a QS (marble/granite or fit-out works preferred)
Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, material estimation, and cost analysis
Experience in BOQs, pricing, and variations
Qatar/GCC experience is required
Willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA
Valid and transferable visa
