We are seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join our organization, supporting procurement operations related to educational resources and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of educational materials, equipment, and resources in accordance with organizational policies
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and vendors
• Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement requirements and timelines
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the education sector
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
