Aspire Global Human Resource is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor (Floor) to oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise floor operations of the bar and ensure smooth daily service
Lead, train, and motivate bar service staff (waiters/waitresses)
Ensure compliance with 5-star service standards and SOPs
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Coordinate with Bar Manager and kitchen for efficient service flow
Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and overall ambiance of the bar area
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Bar Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury venue
Strong knowledge of bar service operations and guest relations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
Ability to work flexible shifts
