Role Overview


We are seeking a Cash Office In-Charge to manage daily cash office operations, ensure accurate reconciliation, and maintain compliance with company financial controls and policies.


Key Responsibilities


Manage daily cash collection, counting, and reconciliation

Reconcile POS sales with cash, card, and digital payment reports

Monitor shortages/overages and report discrepancies

Prepare daily cash, sales, and variance reports

Ensure safe custody of cash, petty cash, and documents

Coordinate with banks for cash deposits

Supervise cash office staff and support cashiers

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Required Skills


Strong cash handling and POS reconciliation knowledge

High attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Good reporting and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred

3–5 years experience in cash office or retail finance roles

Hypermarket/supermarket experience is an advantage
