We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of supervising daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and staff activities
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, and site requirements
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure service quality
- Prepare daily reports and update management on progress
- Communicate with clients and resolve site-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Manual or Automatic) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations/supervision
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations is an advantage
