Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site. The role ensures that MEP installations are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage MEP works at site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc.)

• Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards

• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other trades to avoid clashes

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety on site

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Prepare daily reports and support project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Engineer

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution

• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under tight schedules

• Preferred:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and safety regulations
