This is a full- time on- site role for a Call Center Agent at COREGAME Technology Solutions in Doha, Qatar.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers professionally, and providing accurate information or assistance. Your role will involve maintaining clear records, following call procedures, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
-Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID.
-Experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage or related field.
-Proven capability to communicate clearly and effectively while handling customer interactions.
