We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and support project planning, execution, and coordination across departments. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor multiple project activities from initiation to completion.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in line with project objectives.
Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and expenditure control to ensure financial compliance.
Participate in risk assessment, identify potential project risks, and support mitigation planning.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, highlighting deviations to management.
Ensure effective communication between internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Support management in decision-making by providing accurate and timely project data.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and project standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Coordination / CPMO.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management concepts.
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual).
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
