Assistant Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high impact retail marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Drive in store visibility and customer engagement initiatives
Manage brand communication across digital and offline channels
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, and external agency partners
Track campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI
Demonstrate strong leadership and cross functional collaboration skills
Candidate Requirements
8+ years of experience in berience in marketing roles
Strong creative mindset with a passion for customer experience
Excellent analytical and project management capabilities
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an added advantage
Location Qatar
Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Experience: 8+ Years in Marketing
