Facility Management Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Operations: Inspect buildings regularly to identify repair needs, overseeing plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and security regulations; manage fire safety, emergency, and security protocols.
- Administrative & Financial: Prepare and manage operational budgets, track costs, and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
- Supervising cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Coordinating office moves and renovations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or business administration is often required or preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft package.
- Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer.
- Must have Valid Qatar Driving License.
